01. FULL wedding PLANNING

From the day you say “YES – I’ll marry you!” think of Rohita Pabla as your Coach, someone to advise and inspire you, who also has years of experience in the Events Industry. Services include:

Monthly meetings (at the event venue or Client’s residence) to agree themes, mood boards, colour waves and concepts
Budget planning
Ceremony and Reception design
Venue search
Curating the appropriate suppliers; including florists, stationers, photographers, videographers, live entertainment, DJs, cake artists, transport, make-up artists and stylists
Menu creation and sampling with Caterers
Finalising flowers, décor and production concepts
Seating plans
Organising the itinerary
Executing the itinerary on the day
Managing suppliers on the day
