Our Full Wedding Planning service includes everything you will need to plan, research and create for your wedding day, From sourcing suppliers, venues, crafting your guest list, wedding website, invitations, wedding day timeline and everything in-between. We work with you from the moment you book right up until your last dance. 

Our Partial Wedding Planning service supports you at any point in your wedding planning journey (more than 12 weeks prior to the big day). You may have started the planning process but realise you need extra support, advice and assistance as you may no longer have the time or are feeling more overwhelmed than you previously thought. We then step in to help you feel less stressed, and take over the rest of your wedding planning.

We specialise in planning and coordinating multi-events spanning different venues so please get in touch with us for a bespoke wedding planning quote.

I endeavour to be present on every full plan wedding, and the experienced RP Team will be looking after you if you book our On The Day Coordination packages. 

As leading UK Luxury Wedding Planners, we base our full wedding planning and partial wedding planning fees on a percentage basis. Each quote is bespoke and depends of your size, length and location of event – so please get in touch with us for your bespoke quote. 

Our On The Day Coordination services are a set fee based on your number of guests and the size of wedding coordination team you require – please fill in our contact form here to receive your bespoke quote. 

We offer a range of payment plans from a 50% deposit and 50% payment 8 weeks before your wedding. To splitting your payments into 4 equal instalments. 

During our consultation together we will share with you the payment options available to see which will suit you best. 

We can take credit card payments via stripe,  this option comes with a service fee starting from 3% for each payment and will differ depending on your country, location and method of payment. This is not transferable and is required to be paid by the client.

The majority of our weddings take place in and around London and the Midlands but we work all across the UK. This means any travel and transport for team members will be factored into your bespoke wedding planning proposal. 

We also take on a small number of events abroad depending on our teams availability.

During your first consultation call together, we will spend time to understand your wedding vision, learn about your wedding priorities and share how we can best support and help you. 

Your consultation call will then be followed up with a bespoke quote and steps for how we can work together. 

Included in our Full Wedding Planning packages is a venue visit where we will gather all the information we need from your venue. 

If you are booking us for partial planning or the day coordination and we have not worked at the venue before a site visit is encouraged to ensure the logistics of the day run smoothly.

Your deposit is non-refundable and if your wedding date or location changes we will do our best to be available for your big day. 

You can cancel your contract with us within 14 days of signing. 

After these 14 days, you may have to pay for any work that has been undertaken to plan your wedding before we can release you from your contract. 

This is a very popular service and is perfect if you love planning and organising your wedding but want to be able to actually enjoy your day without stress. 

Our role is to deliver and execute your day exactly how you envisioned. We coordinate with your venue and all of your suppliers, are the main point of contact on the day and ensure you and your family can relax and soak up all the special moments without worry! 

If you want to work with an experienced wedding planner who will help guide you through your entire wedding planning process, then we always advice booking as early as you can. Some couples book us weeks after getting engaged so they know they have the support of the RP Team to keep planning on track and within budget. 

However if you’re unsure we can also offer power hour or VIP packages to get the process started until you know what time of wedding and package you would like to go for.
